Work From Home Opportunity

We are hiring a Customer Service Executive (Work From Home). You will coordinate with customers, overseas agents, and internal teams to support import/export shipments and provide timely updates.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries related to import and export shipments
  • Communicate with overseas agents and international partners
  • Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams
  • Prepare shipping documents and provide timely updates to customers

Requirements

  • 1–2 years experience in freight forwarding (import/export)
  • Good English communication skills with customers and overseas agents
  • Organized and independent, with basic computer and email skills
